I've found that I worry more about things I DON'T know then things I DO know.
For me it's simple: if I know where the danger/problem/etc is, I can face it and deal with it. If I don't know, then it could hit me head on and I wouldn't even see it coming. I figure, I can't fix what I don't know.
Usually, when I know something is wrong but I don't know what...I panic, generally only to find that this looming disaster isn't a big deal.
I used to think I had "foreboding" in reality what I probably have, is a...refined paranoia.
This is the reason why I will never do the following:
1) Go into a dark room (by myself or without a quick access to a light)
2) Do any of those blindfolded taste/smell/stick-your-hand-in-a-bucket things
3) Watch a horror movie
4) Read Dracula
5) Buy anything without knowing EVERYTHING about it
6) Play Hide-And-Seek
7) Play Murder In The Dark
Well, that's all I can come up with at the moment! So, as you can see, I'm quite the cautious paranoid person over here! ;)
Anyway, have a great, worry-free day!
Peace!
