In the great words of the irreplaceable Mushu...."I LIIIIIIIIIIIIIVEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Despite popular believe, I have neither died nor deserted you to an empty world devoid of my exuberant presence....well, actually that second part is slightly true....BUT IT WAS NOT MY FAULT! Unfortunately my computer decided to sabatoge me in the rudest way...and so I could not post anything.
Anywaayyyy, I'm gonna' go back to my life which is far more interesting than yours, I'm sure.
Be good. Eat food. And do something crazy every now and then.
Peace Out,

Waddle, Waddle, Waddle, QUACK!
OOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only athletes can understand the pain I'm talking about.
After an all-day volleyball tournament, you might find something has changed. Namely, the way you walk. It's a mix between a disgruntled duck, a constipated penguin and a half-dead cat. If you sit down for more than 10 minutes straight, standing up is extremely painful. Then, as you (slowly and painfully) stagger to wherever you need to go, you drag your feet. You fear that your knees might give out on you. And sometimes (if you're lucky) your joints all start popping painfully and loudly.
And if you're REALLY lucky (like me) you even have a (non-cancerous?) bone tumor (? well...that's what they think it is at this point in time) in your right shin that acts up when you're too active...or even when you're NOT being active! YIPPEE!!! Now I have to go in and get a CT scan to see what THAT is all about, then there's the possibility of surgery.
Oh, and I forgot to mention "Priscilla," my damaged pinky finger. Priscilla truly is the icing on the cake. They say I've ruptured a tendon...which will eventually=SURGERY.
Now some of you might be thinking that I'm complaining...pshhh! I WOULD NEVER! Truth is, my injuries and diseases and what not keep life interesting. ;)
Be good. Take naps. And for heaven's sake...if you have an injury don't wait five months to get it checked out by the doctor! Ahemmm.
Peace Out,
Let's see if I can break a bone, now!

All About Me
Uhhhh...helk no. Weirdly enough, "me" is not a topic I'm a huge fan of. Don't get me wrong, I'll talk about "me" and "my life" and all that random chiz when I'm hanging out with my friends...but writing a speech all about me?! Wellllll this is going to stink...majorly. While I am interesting, amazing, gorgeous (the list goes on for far too long so I'll just stop there)...writing a SPEECH about ME is just a really unfortunate happenstance. Yeah, so I'll be standing up in front of four of my friends plus my teacher. But STILL, if people wanna' know who I am they should stop being lazy and figgur it out for themselves...tomorrow is going to be awkward as I stand up and say, "HI! This is my life!" Yaaaaaaay. This. Will. Stink. :-/
Be good. Eat candy. Be lazy.

Vacationnnn!
So basically....vacation is amazing. Add some coffee, good (if depressing:/) books, amazing music, lots of coffee, ICE CREAM, a little sunburn, a lotta beach, life on the channal...people, life is just amazing! Though I have to warn you....that is probably mainly the coffee talking right now. ;) No. Life is good. Even if my nose is red and I'm so tired I keep saying stupid things like: "I burned my sunlips." Whhaaaa--?? Yeah, I don't know either.
I just want to add one thing, look up this songwriter/singer: Greyson Chance. Well, it is at the moment. This kid's like 13 years old and he's pretty talented. Just saying. So yeah, look 'im up.
Anyway, I'm too tired to think up more ways to say nothing in the most possible words...so BYE!
Be good. Use sunscreen. And hang out with as many people as possible before school starts up again.
Peace Out,

Whaa--??
I don't quite understand what's going on with me...it's...bizarre to say the least.
I'd like you all to know that this bizarreness is NOT the lovesickness I warned you all about in a previous post...it is something much, much weirder...
My...oh gosh...I don't know if I can say it...my...AHHH!
MYNEWFAVORITENUMBERIS13!!!! AHHHHH! I can't believe I just said that! But I did and...and...IT'S TRUE! I mean...I still like 8 and numbers that end in 5's and 0's...but. Wow. After ALL this time and 13 is now overtaking the other numbers and reaching the top of my "favorite number's
list...or it would if I had one anyway.
Ah, well...I guess I just have to accept the fact that I must be losing my mind. (sighhh). Well, I guess there's nothing for me to do now except go outside, enjoy the gorgeous weather and take some pictures...
Be good. Have fun. And take lots of pictures for no apparent reason.
Peace Out,
LOOK! THERE'S A LINE THROUGH THESE LETTERS! No...I'm not ADD...

ALERT!
WARNING: A dangerous disease is spreading! I'm afraid no one will be spared. If you are a teen/young adult...you too may be stricken. The numbers of those infected with this disease are escalating daily. There is no known vaccine or precautions to be offered. There is no way to save yourself (unless of course you become a hermit or build yourself a Rapunzel tower. Neither of which is recommended by experts everywhere).
DO.NOT.PANIC!!!!!
As terrifying as this may sound--it's virtually painless.
Symptoms: You may find yourself feeling woozy, light and fluffy. You may find your mind overtaken. You may feel a certain puppiness about you. You may feel like you are on cloud 9. Chances are good that you will become a sappy fool and make cheesy playlists. Your heart may start palpitated frequently. You may feel a slight wispy-ness. You may feel 10 feet of the ground. You may never recover.
The name of this dreaded disease?? Lovesickness. It is overcoming today's youth. Almost everyone close to you is (or soon will be) swooning with this affliction all too soon. Before you know it??? It could strike YOU too. You may say, "Oh! Not me! Never me! I'm not that kind of sappy fool!" BUT BEWARE! It leaves no boy, girl, man or woman untouched. I have seen many (almost all of my friends) taken down over night. It gives one the chills...causes you to fear for yourself. I may be one of the only survivors left. NEVER let your guard down, young people of the world!
Be good. Be careful. BEWARE!
Over and Out,
YOU'RE NEXT

My Royal Highness
It's not what you think. I swear. The "my" part is because it has to do with MEEE (no, DUH, Einstein!). The "royal" part is for multiple reasons: a) I'm so awesome I should be considered royalty, b) apparently one of my ancestors actually WAS royalty (no...really...true story...) and c) apparently I can be a royal pain sometimes. XD And the "highness" part?? MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I HAD CAFFEINE! EVER HEARD OF A CAFFEINE HIGH BEFORE?!NO?? Well today must be YOUR lucky day!!!!!
Caffeine highs are pretty common for me and most other naturally highly energetic people. Strangely enough, I am not effected by all caffeine. Only the caffeine in coffee makes me go WEE-OOO-WEE-OOO! I can have 3 cokes and not be effected a bit...but give a good ol' Starbucks mocha frappeccino and it is OVER, Baby!!! :D
Now I'm not complaining...I would never, ever do such a thing when we're talking about coffee of any sort.
Well, I'm off to do something...probably will end up being highly illegal or dangerous. But what the hey??
Be good(erm..). Drink coffee. And live life to the fullest!
Peace Out,

Short Term Memory Loss
Don't you HATE it when you have something you really wanted to say and you're going "Wow. I'm brilliant to have thought that up all by myself" and right when you're about to reveal your stunning intelligence...you forget...
That just happened to me. I had something absolutely MIND WOWING that I was going to say...but sadly....I forgot. WHAT THE HECK?!?!?!??!? I'm too young to be suffering from this crummy, terminal illness.
Oh well. Life goes on.
There's one thing I HAVEN'T forgotten, however. Tomorrow: One of my bestest friends in the ENTIRE world turns 17!!! YAY! Happy birthday Miss Subbitooattractive! You.Are.Da.Bomb!!!! <3 Love youuuuu!!!!
Be good. Eat food. And if tomorrow happens to be your birthday??? Rock on!
Peace Out,

Wait...it's June...ALREADY?!
Where has time gone?? IT'S FREAKING JUNE!!! After that crazy May...I'm going to need a LOOOOOONG period of recovery.

Ok!! I'M GOOD TO GO! WANNA GO SEE A MOVIE?! HUH HUH HUH?!?!?!?! Nope. I don't. I WANNA GO PLAY OUTSIDE! ....and then go see a movie...maybe. We'll see.

Be good. Enjoy the weather. And look both ways before you cross the street.

14! 14!!!!!!
Well, I noticed something dreadful....I HAVE (eerrrr HAD) 13 posts in May! This is unacceptable! See, I have issues with the number 13...not for the commonplace reasoning that "13 is unlucky" (although, weirdly enough, I had a lot of crummy luck on Friday the 13th...just saying) But because I don't like that number. Uh-uh, no way.
So, now I have fixed the problem...14 posts! Yippeee! I really like the number 8..and 15 and 25...and almost any number that ends in 5 (except for 35...that's an ugly number). I also like 10 and 20. And 50. I like a lot of numbers actually...I just HATE 13.
Say what you will, but I do NOT have problems. I don't. But everyone has a queer dislike for some random thing or another!
Be good. Be chill. And avoid 13's whenever possible.
Peace Out,
Not OCD either....(although, if you want it to be alphabetical...it should be CDO...)
Introducing....A-Fod...Jr.
Everyone knows of Alexander Emmanuel "Alex" Rodriguez (born July 27, 1975). And if you don't...oh my GOSH! Get out from under that rock you're living under and go look him up on wikipedia already!
Now, I will share one useless piece of information with you. He is popularly known as A-Rod (NOW do you know who he is?! No? Ok. You fail at life.) Now, some of you may or may not have noticed that this post says that it was written by A-FodJr. I will 'splain.
See, my parents are weird. As are their friends. So I guess a few summers ago, they came up with the nickname "A-Fod" for my dad. Which might not make sense unless you know what his name is...which you don't and won't.
And see, my first name is Alex (Yes, Alex is a girl's name...hushup). And since my dad is A-Fod...and I'm his kid...and lots of other meaningless things. I am therefore "A-Fod Jr." Ta da!
If this meaningless post makes no sense to you...don't sweat it...I had no idea where I was going with this when I started. Sooo la-dee-da. Sucks for you.
Be good. Eat candy. Watch some baseball now and again.
Peace Out,
A-Fod Jr.

Music
The problem with most songs is that their artists seem to know exactly what I do (or...don't) want to hear. And then they play it on the radio. (Or show up on my sister's iPod unexpectedly).
Unfortunately, the past week has been a pile of my retard dog's stinky crap on my carpet. Yeah, not pretty. And then when I try to clean it up. I make it worse....it's just been one of those weeks. You know the kind. The UNMENTIONABLE kind. Ugly, ugly, ugly.
Anywho, when you're having a doggy-poo week, the music that starts randomly popping up is not necessarily fun to listen to.
Well, as bad as it seems, I'm sure it's not that bad and I WILL SURVIVE. Even with the weird music I'm listening to...I don't even know who Jack Johnson is....hmmm...oh well.
Be good. Get some sleep. And enjoy the rain.
Peace Out,
Music is my life

My Dear, Darling Red Wings
My dear Red Wings:
You almost made me have heart failure by waiting till the 3rd period to score!!!! Oh, but then you let the San Jose LOSERS score first! I thank you for the permanent damage you've done to my heart! But then, Helm, a man after my own heart, tied it up. Zetterburg, thank you for putting us ahead! And dear, dear Filppulla...thank you for putting extra distance so that my heart was able to slow down a little. Boys, even if you lose the next game (which is on Thursday and I KNOW you won't...) I'm proud of you for coming back like that. You guys amaze me. And I love you...a lot. So please win again! For me?
Be good. Watch some Red Wings hockey. And win.
Peace Out,
A Big Fan

My Poor Fishies
So, as you may (or may not) know...at the bottom of the page...there are fishies. And you can feed these fishies. And they are MY fishies. But see, I have a friend who HATES fishies. And now...she's disowning me...and I feel sad. Now, my other friend WARNED me that little Miss Fishie Drownder would be mad at me for adding these fishies to my blog (as you can not kill my fishies). But I refused to listen. Because I like my fishies. In fact...all 10 have names. I just don't know any of their names. :( So, I hope the rest of you appreciate my fishies....because I love them all.
Be good. Eat ice cream. And love fish.
Peace Out,
Cat Chucker

Shleepppyyy
I'm really tired. My thoughts are more scatterered than pretty much anything. And um yeah. La la la la la. From now on...I should probably go to bed before 5 AM. BUT IT WAS A PARTY!!!I mean...I HAD to stay up late...well, plus, I was kinda sick. My blood sugar levels were all over the place...and I'm 90% sure I was dying. But look!!!! I liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiveeeeeee! (Hold the applause...I'm too tired to handle noise at the moment)
La la la.
Boredom is a curse. Exhaustion is disastrous. And me on energy drinks is a biiiiiiig mistake.
OH MY GOSH! I LOVE MORT! AND MELMAN! I think I should watch Madagascar. Ahhh. But I can't. I'm watching myself in a play. YIPPEEE!
Be good. Partay it up. And get lots of sleep at one point or another.
Peace Out,
YAWNN

Cute'n'Cuddly
You want cute and cuddly?? *Here's what to do:
1) Say (as sweetly as possible...or in an English accent, which ever you prefer): "Mother...I believe I need a baby sister!"
2) Then, make sure you fill out a personality form (MUST be adorable, sweet, loving, cuddly, etc. etc.) and mail it to God. (Snail mail only please.)
3) Once said baby sister is born...wait a couple of years. Two is a GREAT age for cuddling. And cute? Doesn't even cover it. Neither does adorable come to think of it...
4) When the child reaches approximately two years of age make sure you wake up at an appropriate time (i.e. BEFORE noon!)
5) Come down a little groggy
6) Make sure your mother is holding the precious bundle of cuteness
7) Reach out your arms and be prepared to feel indescribably happy as the small little girl lays her head on your shoulder and smothers you with kisses.
This, my friends, is called The Ultimate Cuddle and can be found nowhere else. Make sure you appreciate it while you can.
Be good. Eat cake. And cuddle, cuddle, cuddle!
Peace Out,
Yeah, that's right.
*Note: This theory is unstable at best and has little to no research to back it up. If results are not as advertised, Beautiful Disaster can not be held liable. Your transaction was probably just got messed up along the way because you are not as awesome as I am. No hard feelings.

"No" and "Mine" part 2
If you remember, in March, I talked about my distaste for the words "no" and "mine."
My dear friends...I have fallen far. You see, on Wednesday...a dear friend of mine gave me a bar of chocolate (THANK YOUUU!!!). And yesterday, as I was enjoying the deliciousness of said chocolate...my poor, innocent little sister (...wait...she's my little sister....of course she's not innocent...) came up and asked me, oh-so-sweetly/dramatically: "Please! May I have a piece of that amazing looking chocolate?!?!??!" But, the problem is--when it comes to chocolate--I am unforgivably selfish. My response is depresificatably predictable. "NO! WHY?! BECAUSE....IT'S MINEE!!!!" Oh yes, my friends....I went there. I am throughly ashamed of my behavior.
I have this problem (some prigs might call it a DISEASE!). Unless I care deeply for someone...I WILL NOT share my food with them. Please do not assume that I do not care deeply for my crazed little sister...I do...immensely!
But....but...in my defense....it was chocolate!!! Do you not understand this moral dilemma?!?! I was, as the saying goes, between a rock and a hard place. And unfortunately for my already guilty conscience....the same thoughtful friend who brought me chocolate the first time, brought me more yesterday. Do not misunderstand me...I am most grateful...chocolate is the essence of awesome! Well, I will leave you to ponder this...I certainly don't know whether to feel guilty or appeased. I'm sure I will survive regardless.
Be good. Eat chocolate. And at least consider sharing a square of it or something!
Peace Out,
Choco-holic!

Big Sisters
"If you don't understand how a woman could both love her sister dearly and want to wring her neck at the same time, then you were probably an only child." ~Linda Sunshine
I think this Linda Sunshine person has been stalking me. Seriously. I mean, if you knew my sister... Most of the time, she is the most amazing person ever. She's there for me. And it's just...incredible. But SOMETIMES I wonder...maybe it's one of those multiple personality issues? I'm just kidding. But yeah, if you have a sister (older OR younger) You know what I mean!
TG, sometimes, you drive me up a freaking wall. You are always making oh-so-helpful comments that just make me wanna pound you with a hammer. But at the end of the day (at the bottom of the barrel ;p) you're my biffle, and when you leave for college...I'm gonna miss you like crazy. Don't forget about me, k?
Love you lots!!
Peace out,
Lil Sis

Gray...HAIR?!?!?!?!?!?!
The last words ANY 16 year old girl wants to hear are: "You're pregnant." The other words they don't want to hear is: "Hey...hey look at this! OH MY GOSH! IT'S A GRAY HAIR!!!!" WHAAAAA------?!?!?!?! No. Yes, APPARENTLY. According my mother, I am graying at age 16. She found THREE of them. THREE!!!!!!!!!!!! I refuse to believe that I am actually graying. Instead, I will claim that I had three demented hair follicles.
My parents find my terror at the alleged gray hairs amusing. I find such lies terrifying...according to my dad....my uncle started balding at age 16!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And apparently graying at a young age runs in the family!!! But I know I'm not. And if I WAS (which I most definitely am NOT), I know where to buy dye. I will cheat you out of your evil pleasure, little gray hairs! I WILL WIN!
Be good. Have fun. And pull every gray hair out of your head!!! (that is, if you are under the age of 40...)
Peace out,
Most definitely NOT graying!!!

patience, Patience, PATIENCE!
"Patience is the greatest of all virtues."
Yes, yes. I'm sure you're thinking, "Shut up, please, I've heard that a million times." Yeah, yeah. SO HAVE I!!!!!!! So now, I need you to remain PATIENT while I continue, capisci? Capisci.
It is probably needless to say, but I am very impatient. To the max. I prefer to rush headlong into things...often times making a mess of everything (which is why my mother has fondly dubbed me a "bull in a china shop"...when I was younger, I thought she was saying a "bowl in a china shop" and was throughly confused...but that's another story!) Anyway, lately, I've been slowly learning how much being patient pays off. Now, the wait....is just brutal!! Sometimes you can't handle it and you end up bouncing around like you have ants in your pants...which is really amusing to watch, but miserable to endure! Patience is something you have to work at...let me tell ya! But once whatever you were patiently waiting for arrives...you realize that time flew! Plus...it's a zillion more times enjoyable! :D
Well, enough of that heavy stuff! I can only handle so much of it! ;)
Be good. Be patient. Be wise. And DO. NOT. DIE!!!

May and My 6-Week Plan
MAY=INSANITY!!!!!! This week is tech week for my play. (AHHHHH!!!!!!!) Then, my dad's going to be out of town for the next week. THEN Friday the 13th, my big sister graduates. Then the next weekend, I'm off to Rhode Island for my dad's cousin's wedding. Theeeen, the weekend after that, it's my sister's graduation party. Then (THANK GOD) May ends!
Alright, now on to the "6-week plan" part of this post. Ahem. So, the next six weeks are going to be a weird mix of healthy eating (are you freaking serious?!), exercising anddd prayer. These things all go hand and hand and hopefully will end in success. Unfortunately, the whole "healthy eating" thing includes "minimizing sugar intake" Which is failing miserably beCAUSE, I am diabetic. And lately, my blood sugar has been hitting crazy lows. So yeah, that means lots of extra sugar for me! XD Poor six-week plan...only 3 days old and already failing miserably.
Eat sugar. Be chill. And don't let crazy people get to ya.
Peace Out,
Happily Sugar-ated

FINALS ARE FINALLY DONE!
OH MY GOSHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!! GUESS WHAT?!?!?!?!?! Well....the title pretty much says it all....so all I have to say is WOOTNESSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm thinking I got a B (if I'm lucky) on my math final! (But who really cares?!) And I think I'm getting an A (fingers crossed) in Spanish! Super psycheeeeeed! :D
And to make my day better? I auditioned for this play and I think I did decently well?? Haha. Whatever....no matter what, this play is gonna be a freaking blast cus like some of my absolute best friends are in it....what's there to complain about?? ;p Ahhh! But seriously?? I am so exciteddd! :D
Well, I'm watching a movie with my family, so I'm off!
Peace Out,
My Life is Too Good For Words Right Now :D
Our Deepest Fear
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others"
Well, this quote is pretty much the most amazing thing eva'!!! Sometimes, everyone just needs to be reminded that we are awesome and that "playing small" doesn't do annnyyyone any good....so yeah. Be yourself, be awesome... :)
Peace Out,

Bleed by Hot Chelle Rae
“I'll bleed my heart out on this paper for you, So you can see what I can't say. I'm dying here (I'm dying here). 'Cause I can't say what I want to. I'll bleed my heart out just for you”
Ok, I LOVE THIS SONG! And the lyrics are always stuck in my head!!! Although, I have to say, the singers?? Have no talent...but I like the song. It's a shame there's not more talent out there...it really is. Because so manny songs are destroyed by the awful singer. Ouch. Ok that was mean. Do I care? Not right now! XD Wow. Harsh. Moving on! ;p

Finishing Finals
“My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what I start. So far today, I have finished 2 bags of M&M's and a chocolate cake. I feel better already.”
Above, in that quote you see true accomplishment. Now, what I'm about to accomplish isn't QUITE the same in enormity or importance...but it's something nonetheless...tomorrow I'm taking half of my finals. After Wednesday (at APPROX. 12:05) I will have completed all my finals...therefore marking the END of my 10th grade year! :D
Now, I won't officially be done until I'm all caught up on Religion and History :/ But by mid-May, I'll be through with it all! The play I'm in will be complete...and HELLO SUMMER AND FREEDOM! It's purty much gonna be da bomb.
This summer: Up north, friends, pool, bonfires, and lots and lots of fun! Sound good? Yeah, I think so too! :D
Well, I'd better go study it upp!
Peace Out,
I Can See The Finish Line!!! :D

Fa-rends!
Ok, so purty much I have a LOT to say about friends lately! :) The past week has been insane and I've never had to rely so much on my buds before! I have to say, as stressful and emotional as it's been...it's also brought me so much closer to so many amazing people!
Friend A: We cried on each others shoulders last Wednesday. We've sent each other inspiring quotes all week. We've talked on the phone, encouraged each other....it's incredible! I've always considered her one of my best friends...but I feel so much closer to her than EVER!!
Friend B: Bought me chocolate! TWO BARS!!!! 'Nuff said! :D
Friend C: Well, she's one of my besties! She's helped me get through a LOT!
Friend D: Has been sending me the most amazing emails!!! I never realized that maybe people saw me differently then I saw myself...crazy, huh?! ;p
Anyway, life is crazy. Believe me, this past week, half my posts have been depressed, half have been peppy.....so yeah, better enjoy my happiness while ya can! :D
Be free, my beautiful dove! (<--from Megamind)

Confuzzled
“I'm not confused, I'm just well mixed”
Sometimes I think my mind is on a whole different level than everyone else. I mean, sometimes I think I understand what is going on around me, but everyone seems to know something I don't. Let's put it this way: I think I'm on the same page as everyone else...but it turns out I'm reading a different book. Make sense?
Eh, this whole post is just a product of my finals stress anddd some other strange mixed emotions. Sooo if you are confused...please, do not worry. I am just as confused! XD
Well, the answer to it all is out there somewhere and it's just a matter of time before I hit that nail on the head! :)
"Don't waste your time on things you cannot change." Look both ways before you cross the street. And have a nice weekend.

Happy, Happy, Happy Day
"Those who can laugh without cause have either found the true meaning of happiness or have gone stark raving mad." ~Norm Papernick
Hmmmm....so either I've chanced upon something that many seek (SKILLZ!!!)....or I'm batty...
Well, hmm...let's think about this for a second here....I'd rather NOT be admitted into a mental institution (I hear it's not all that groovy.) Soooo let's go with option "A"
Now, since we (it is "we" because whatever I say on here goes, comprendo???) have decided that I have happened upon something that is just too extraordinary for words.....you all should be insanely, ridiculously, immensely jealous. No worries, no worries. I'll share SOME of my incredible find. It's really not that hard. It's pretty much indescribable....but some day (when I'm feeling sappy) I'll tell you what it feels like XD
But seriously, someone should tie me down pretty soon...I'm puffing up like a balloon and momentarily, my head will float up into the clouds and then studying for finals will become impossible. OHHHH SNAP.
Peace Out,
Happiest Girl Alive

Bad Days And Great Friends
"Friends are like walls, sometimes you lean on them and sometimes it's just enough to know they're there"
On the worst of days...friends are there with a tissue box and a crowbar, threatening to beat the h*ll out of whoever made you cry. Then they're there later in the day sending you messages to figure out how they can make everything better. Then they're there the next day, helping you survive the hangover that lasts at least a day after the bad day. Then, after you've sufficiently moped, they give you a shake and tell you to go out and live your life. Because no matter how bad your day was, you haven't hit rock bottom, you're still alive and you have your friends to help you out.
To all my friends: Thanks for everythingg :)
Peace Out,
Seriously Blessed :D

SWEET 16!!!!!
"Birthdays are nature's way of telling us to eat more cake."
"Birthdays are ordinary days sprinkled with stardust."
HAPPY BIRTHDAY (1 DAY EARLY) TO ME, HAPPY BIRTHDAY (1 DAY EARLY) TO ME! HAPPY BIRTHDAY (1 DAY EARLY) TO MEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! HAPPY BIRTHDAY (1 DAY EARLY) TO MEEEEEEE!!!! :D
Thank you! Thank you! No, you're awesome! Yes, tomorrow, I turn 16. Oh, psh, no need to clap! Yes, yes, I know...how did I do it? Well, the answer is beauty and talent and all the skillz in between. The big 1-6. Everybody's so hyped up over this age...and you know they have a point. I mean once you've reached 16, it shows that you are truly accomplished. You've survived psychotic relatives, 2 years of high school, meow meow girls, boys with cooties...the list is simply endless. It takes talent to reach the age of 16 (for the most part) unscathed. I mean, if you get there in (bobbles head) basically one piece, high five and way to go!
Of course, I, reached the age of 16 (yes, hush, I know it's one day early!!!) with hardly a problem. Psychotic family? Psh. I have that one waaaaaay under control. (heh heh heh) 2 years of high school? Pffft! Didn't break a sweat (Yes, I am signing autographs later...wait in line!). Meow meow girls?? I just let them eat each other alive while I watched from the sidelines. (It's good for a laugh, I recommend it!) Boys with cooties?? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I eat them for lunch. (If you're as classless and rude and retarded as those boys...I recommend running away NOW. Bwahahahahahaha!) The endless list of other stuff, well, I don't think I need to go there!
Now, I will leave you all to ponder my awesomeness....don't be jealous. I was born this way.

"No" and "Mine"
“I have been a selfish being all my life, in practice, though not in principle.” -Jane Austen
Two words that do nothing but make two people miserable? No and Mine.
This is a conversation that is typical in any family:
Child 1: Oh! Gum! Can I have some?
Child 2: NO!
Child 1: Why?
Child 2: Because...because it's MINE!
Ok. Why? That's what I want to know. It doesn't matter what it is your sibling asks for, your first response is always going to be "NO" and your second response is probably going to be "MINEMINEMINE!!!"
The other day at dinner, my sister asked me for one of my french fries (which, by the way, there weren't many of) and I really really wanted to say no. Buuut, I bit my tongue and handed the priceless piece of potato over to the ungrateful little thing. ;)
I am not perfect. No where near it. And sharing is not something I (or anyone) likes to do. We're all selfish little pigs for the most part. It's oh so very sad.
Share. Be good. Look both ways before you cross the street.
Peace Out,
Yes it's now Yours ;)

Demon Couch
"The goal of all inanimate objects is to resist man and ultimately defeat him."
Russell Baker
Yes, it's true. No one (and I do mean no one) can defeat an inanimate object. Strange as it seems, not even I (as awesome as I am) can defeat them.
For instance, last night, my couch ruthlessly attacked me. It had no right to besiege me. I did nothing to instigate such a cold-blooded assault. I was simply sticking my hand into the dark recesses that inhabit that 1 inch of space between the bottom of the couch and the floor. Y'see, I thought I had lost my ipod....and what better place to look then under a couch? Anyway, I was just innocently searching for a beloved object...when the couch just HJGF! IT BIT ME! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?!?!?! I couldn't. I now have a life-threateningly deep laceration on the poor tall finger on my left hand. I'm sure if I had looked, I would have seen the bone. It was quite frightening. I worried for my life! Luckily...my dad was there and he was able to help me fix it.
I probably should have gone to the ER all things considered...but I just ran some magical water and fluffy, foamy soap over the gash. And (MIRACLE OF MIRACLES!!!!!!!) it stopped bleeding and has now scabbed over. Thank God! Although, it now causes me daily pain and discomfort.
I should warn you all of the dangers of couches. THEY'RE OUT TO GET US! They must not feel appreciated. I mean, we sit on 'em every day and they have to suffer through the thankless job. *GASP* It's terrible! Have YOU ever thanked your couch?!?! I THINK NOOOT! I now nominate today "Couch Appreciation Day!" Just saying. GIVE YOUR COUCH A HUG TODAY!
Appreciate your couch...cus someday when couches take over the world...yours might not kill you.
Peace Out.
*Note: I feel I should tell you the cut I received from the couch is maybe an inch long and is not deeper than a scratch an angry 5-year old would give you. My life was in no danger from this wound.

GAH!!!!!!!
"Actually, I think the average voice is like 70 percent tone and 30 percent noise. My voice is 95 percent noise." -Harvey Fierstein
That should be a quote from the lips of my very cute but very, Very, VERY loud little sister. Ohhhh my word. Right now, I have my ipod plugged in and I have it almost as loud as it can go. Y'see, my dear, darling little sister has a voice that is sometimes the equivalent of nails on a chalkboard. She does this thing where she doesn't sing...she shrieks/yells/yodels/screeches out a song (uhhhh..."song"). Then she goes up to the piano and starts banging some tune out. Oh, and she makes up her own songs on the piano as well.
Now don't get me wrong, when she wants to, she can sing beautifully and can play the piano pretty well....when she wants to. Key words there, my friend. It is seldom that she thinks it's a good idea to actually play/sing nicely.

Younger siblings definitely do their best to help you grow in patience. Apparently, they're all helping me prepare for real life. If you ask me, I think that real life will be much more peaceful after family life. Then again, someday I'll have my own family. Oh crap. Ohcrapohcrapohcrap. AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!
Ok, moment of panic is over.
Thank God for loud, beautiful music, ipods and, yes, family.
Peace out.

Me, Myself and This Blog
“Cute is when a person's personality shines through their looks. Like in the way they walk, every time you see them you just want to run up and hug them.”
Ok, so I'm not saying that's me. (Even though I am perty darn cute and very, very much huggable.) I'm not actually quite sure what I'm saying...ahem...anyway. According to some of my awesome friends who actually read this blog, this has "ME" written all over it. Which I find amusing since this blog is basically ADHD and random and crazy...oh wait...that is me... ;)
I think it's interesting how something can hold the essence of someone. I mean, not just the obviousness of me written all over these pages...but just..anything. I wonder why people connect certain objects, emotions, images and words with certain people. It's actually pretty cool.
So, hey there. Meet me. Read my other posts. Scratch your head. Worry a little for my sanity and please (PUHLEAASE) laugh a little....just to make me feel like I'm...y'know...funny. Humor me here!!!
Peace out suckerrrrrs!!!!!

Barbie=TORTURE!!!!
"Anyone will say anything under torture. " -George Galloway
If anyone has any information they need to get out of me...now is the time. I'm being forced to watch Barbie Fashion Fairy Tale (according to my 5-year old sister). IT'S RIDICULOUUUUS! :( My sister's are all glued to the TV and quoting the entire movie...THEY HAVE IT MEMORIZED!
I'm ready to do almost anything to get out of this!!! HAVE YOU EVER WATCHED BARBIE?!?!?! OH! And THEN they have this terrible horrible very catchy song playing. It's called: "GET YOUR SPARKLE ON!!!!!!!!!!!!" OH MY GOSH! My little sisters have been singing it alllll daaaaay looong! :'( Ahhhhh! Woe is me!
This is pure torture. I swear...it's enough to try almost anyone. Ahhhh! I'm reaching the end of my rope. Ahhhhhh! Ok. Enough "ahhh-ing" No big deal. Nothing too....much for me. Ha! *Sob* Ahem. Anyway.
"That what don't kill you makes you stronger"...right?? Ehhhhhhh-heh-heh! :(
Barbie must die.
Peace out.
P.S. The pink is in honor of my dear, dear friend...BARBIE! *big phony smile*

Life
"Life is a weird thing. A strange thing. A kick in the ass thing. Life is a beer and a hug when you need one. Life is up and life is down. Life is all your deeds coming back around." -A person
Ok, so I don't have much experience of life. How much experience can one teen have? High school doesn't give one much experience at all.... Ohhhh high school.
Here's a book I'd like to buy: "High school 101: Surviving Hell and Living To Tell." Pretty clever, eh?? ;) Naw, but I'd TOTALLY buy that book! Seriously! High school's kinda really confusing! Everyone's weird and no one knows who they are and....I dunno...it's just weird?? But I guess that's not really great logic to back my argument up with. Like I was talking to one of my friends about today, some weirds are good...others...not so much. High school is a not good weird. Icky icky icky BATTOW!
I hate high school. I wish I could skip it. But then, in the words of my mother: "I appreciate what I learned in high school...but I wouldn't repeat it for anything!!!" Good to know Ma, good to know....I'M HALF WAY DONE!!!! :D ...not that I'm counting or anything!
High school: What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger.
Dear Lord....please let that be true!!!!! Amen.
Don't let high school get to ya!
Peace Out.

Tick Tock
"Tick tock, on the clock. But the party don't stop, no." -Ke$ha
Ok, so that has NOOOTHING to do with what I was GONNA post...but hey, it works, right? Yeah. Right. So shuttup.
A quote that really fits what I'm trying to say is:
"There is never enough time in one day to do everything that needs to be done." -Yours Truly
Oh how very very true...which is why I came up with it. Although..that's probably not original...I may have heard it somewhere else. But guess what?? Whoever came up with that quote is GENIUUUUUS!! :D
Ahem. Anyway, moving on. I always have about a zillion things to do and by 5 PM...I have almost none of it all done. You should see my to do list...it's about two pages long and at the end of the day...I have maybe half a page crossed off. Talk about depressing.
If only there was some way to pause time, get everything done then unpause and move on with life. Ahhh! That would be such a beautiful wonderful thing.
Oh well. Regardless of how we'd like things to go....life will do what life will do.
Life is crazy.
Peace out.

“Sleep is like the unicorn - it is rumored to exist, but I doubt I will see any” -Author Unknown
I would have to agree. Most definitely. I don't remember exactly when the last time was I had a good nights sleep. Not that I have anyone to blame but myself. Actually...that's not quite true. Between school and friends...who has time for sleep??????? Not me. Which is why I have been staring at a blank piece of paper trying to do math FOR THE WHOLE MORNING!!!!!!!!
As soon as I do a terrible half-way job (that my mother will probably later kill me for)...I AM TAKING A NAP. End of story.
I recommend a nap to the world. A nap a day keeps....something...away.
Considering my eyes are slowly shutting as I write this...I will depart.
Peace Out,

As you may (or may not) be able to tell...I'm a hugger. And I'm in a huggy mood. Unfortunately, I have nothing witty, humorous, or interesting to say. So, I'll just let you enjoy those few quotes. To make it seem like I had more to say...I added extra spaces. Doesn't it look like a longer, more interesting post now?? ;)
Peace Out,

De Nile or Denial??
"Denial ain’t just a river in Egypt." - Mark Twain
My dad is always calling me: "Cleopatra." I wish I was. Who wouldn't want to be the queen of Egypt???? Power. Money. What a way to live....if only that was what life was supposed to be all about. ;)
Apparently I live my whole life denying that which I don't want to believe...or something redonkulous like that. Personally, I prefer the term: "exceedingly optimistic." It rolls off the tongue better in my opinion. And really, who wants to go around with the label "DENIAL"??? Besides, I'm not REALLY in denial....I just, y'know, don't always see things the way other people seem to see them.
Well, call it what you will....in the end, it's better to just not argue the fact. If someone's in denial, what's the point of telling them? They will just deny it. It's a tricky thing...that denial...

Normal
"I'm normal. It's everyone else that's weird" -Unknown
Why yes, I have to say, this is true....I am, without a doubt, the most normal person you will ever meet. I mean, if everyone else is weird, someone has to be the black sheep and be normal. But then, if everyone is weird, wouldn't the make "weird" normal?? Therefore making "normal" weird?? Hmmm...to deep to think about.

Lazy, Lazy, Lazy Meee
“Laziness is nothing more than the habit of resting before you get tired.” -Jules Renard
I'm sure we all can relate to that particular quote. I mean think about it...no wait...don't...please. That would go against the very theme of this whole post. And really, why do anything when you could be doing nothing??
Tomorrow=Snow day for me and most of Michigan. See, the wonderful, wonderful, WONDERFUL thing about Michigan weather is, last week, it was almost 50 degrees. Now, we are on in the middle of a snow storm. Whoop-dee-doo. In other words, Michigan is like a highly hormonal girl. Isn't that just stupendous? Well, the good news is, Michigan summers and falls make up for the crummy winters:)
Anyhoot'n'holla, tomorrow is going to be an exceedingly lazzzzzy day. Unless, of course, I end up going sledding with some friends. But I find that that is very unlikely considering I will most likely not get a ride to my friend's house. It's that whole lazy thing, y'know?? It makes the idea of getting up and going ANYWHERE very problematic. In fact, right now, I am sitting in front of the TV doing nothing but throwing a bunch of slightly in-coherent and jumbled up words and phrases on the internet for everyone to read. Although, I must say, I am tired. Tired+lazy=disaster. Well, maybe not. But it sure seems that way. I think I'll sign out now. Maybe get some sleep..oh wait...then I'd have to walk up the stairs...I really should think these things through...
Eat. Sleep. Be happy. Don't work too hard.
Peace out,
Laz.....

Miserable At Best
"Because I know I'm good for something, I just haven't found it yet. But I need it" -Miserable At Best ~MAYDAY PARADE~
Ok, so the title's a little harsh...but I love this song! Everyone has "bad day songs" that they listen to when they're in a bad mood. My top four??
1) Miserable At Best -Mayday Parade (DUHH!)
2) Bad Day -Daniel Powter
3) Gives You Hell -All American Rejects
4) Falling In The Black -Skillet
Everybody, even the people who seem to be happy all the time, have bad days. =:O Shocking, I know...
Cheers to bad days...may they go live happily elsewhere.
Peace Out,
I'm-A-Survivor (<--Destiny's Child ;p)

"I like you a lot, lot, think you're really hot, hot!"
"I wanted to kill the hottest person on Earth. Then I learned that there were laws against suicide."
---Missy Fruchter
For those of you who don't recognize the title of this post, it is a Lady GaGa song. Before you go running in terror...I should tell you this...Lady GaGa is a freak, I recognize this...you should too. One more thing before I continue...that was a pointless disclaimer.
Yes, I am very attractive. And why shouldn't I be?? Why should I be anything except that which I am?? It would be pointless for me to lie to you at this point. You might be saying to yourself "Well, she could be lying to me...she could be lying about everything." But WHY, I must ask, would I do such a thing?? I assure you, I never lie (not unless I can help it). See?? That was not a lie. Believe you me. I am an incredible person. No, I am not cocky. Just sure of myself. And why shouldn't I be? As I have said before: I. Am. AMAZING. I'm sorry. I don't mean to make the rest of the world jealous. I am simply pointing out that which is an obvious truth to bring more attention to the matter. And why shouldn't I?? The truth should be known. I am da bomb and there's really nothing anyone can do about it. Please do not take it too hard. It's very difficult to be amazing as I am.
Well, I'd better go off and share my awesomeness with the rest of the world.
If you ever find yourself suffering with some self-doubt, just re-read this post and pretend you wrote it (even though you couldn't have because no one can really say it other than I since I am the one who wrote it and posses all of the awesomeness and hottness) [<--My English teacher would throw a fit on account of that run on sentance....]
Peace Out, Hot Tamalé

Sniffles
“I like these cold, gray winter days. Days like these let you savor a bad mood and cough your heart out.” -Bill Watterson
Ahhh how true. On days like that, you can sit around and mope and complain. On days like that, you can lounge around and savor the headache and the cough and the sneeze that the beautiful, wonderful weather brought down on you. Isn't winter a wonderful thing??
Alright, so today's sunny out. But it's about 10 degrees out there!! HOW IS THAT OK?!?! I have one of those stupendous things called a "common cold." Common?? COMMON?!? Hey! I beg to differ. I'm pretty sure my head got stuffed with cotton during the night, my brain might be dripping slowly out of my nose and don't get me STARTED on the state of my throat! Sheesh! "Common." Obviously whoever came up with THAT nonsense was sitting up in a nice cozy lab in Hawaii! And thought "Well, in the winter, everyone up north starts getting a little sick...so let's call that a common cold. They're not that bad. Northerners are wusses." PSH. I'll tell you who's the wuss here...and it's not me.
Ahh, and there I go, savoring a bad mood and harboring resentment. Funny how getting locked up inside for 5 months can do that to you. Well, I'll go back to enjoying my now-cold tea.
May warm weather, sunny skies and common colds be with you.
Peace out,
I'm-Dying-Here!

Definition Of "Best Friend"
"When you're in jail, a good friend will be trying to bail you out. A best friend will be in the cell next to you saying, 'Damn, that was fun!'"
---Unknown
That, in a nutshell, is me and my best friends. I mean, none of us have ever actually been to jail but...well, you get the idea.
There's something buried in the brains of every teenager alive that says "HEY! YOU'RE WITH YOUR FRIENDS...GO DO SOMETHING STUPID!!!!" And, of course, we do. I'm not really sure where we come up with our stupendous ideas...but it's not until later that we're like, "Hmmm...that was dumb!"
Although, if you're having the following conversation for the 10th time...you are probably not the sharpest tool in the shed...
"Hey Mom...can you come bail me and my buddy out??"
Mom: "What did you do this time?"
You: "Ummm..."
Mom: "Let me guess...you're with (Insert Name Of BFF Here), aren't you?"
You: "Duuh!"
Eh, but best friends aren't just there to get in trouble with. Best friends make up crazy nicknames for each other and come up with retarded jokes...stuff like that:)
If you don't have any best friends...HA! Everyone has a best friend...who am I kidding, right?!
Be good. Use your head. And don't die.
Peace Out,
BD

Crunches or Chocolate??
"Exercise is a dirty word. Every time I hear it, I wash my mouth out with chocolate." ~Author Unknown
I could go on and on with a ton of different quotes. I could spend hours telling you how much I dislike exercise. But I won't. Don't get me wrong, I'd really like to be fit and I love sports a TON. But c'mon, doing hundreds of sit-ups, crunches, push-ups or running on a stinkin treadmill for a 1/2 an hour?? You've GOT to be kidding me! I can think of much better things to do...like...spend some time with that bar of chocolate I have hidden away, for instance.
The past few mornings, I've been waking up with my abs KILLING me...now, granted that may be because I had basketball on Monday night. But I'd like to continue entertaining the idea that maybe, just maybe, I'm doing crunches in my sleep...now wouldn't that be nice?? I know that I have actually done that once in the past.
Maybe I don't like the idea of exercise cus it's just BORING...yeah, I'll just leave it at that...who wants to think too hard about exercise anyway?? Not this girl, that's for sure! The only "Crunch" I want to think about right now is one of those amazing Nestle Crunch bars...now that's one kind of crunch I don't mind thinking about!
Be good. Eat food. And don't work too hard.
Peace Out,
BD

King Julian
Julian: "Shh! We're hiding. Be quiet everyone. That includes me. Shh! Who's making that noise?
Oh, it's me again..."
If you have ever watched the movie"Madagascar", you will remember King Julian. His arrogance, his stupidity, his accent (possibly Indian??)... I myself am a big fan of King Julian. Unfortunately, so is my dad. My dad is graced with the skill of "imitating" accents. My mom once said, "I feel like I'm Mort and I'm married to King Julian." If you knew my dad, you would say that my mom is correct....well, for the most part anyway;)
My dad can pull off a phenomenal Indian accent...but you have not lived till you've heard his "gay-mexican meets straight gangster" voice...now that is what I call "highly amusing"
If you haven't seen Madagascar...go and get it out of the Library right. now.
Alright, enough for now.
Peace Out,

Beautiful Disaster
Beautiful Disaster is a song by Jon Mclaughlin. It doesn't exactly describe me, but there's something about it. Everyone can have their moments when they feel less than perfect. Then again, I'm kind of a klutz, so the "disaster" part might make sense;)
This blog is just gonna be me sharing random thoughts about different songs, life, friends and whatever else I feel like saying.
Enjoy!
