Specifically, I am referring to the kind of power that gives us electricity and light and all those wonderful things. Yes, well, this past weekend we went WITHOUT power. It was a little rough and that is why I've been so absent lately.
Anyway, today...today was AWESOME...and not...all at once.
You see, hair and makeup stuff? Not my favorite, too much stress and hassle. Anyway, all this morning was spent doing my hair and makeup (PUBLICITY PHOTOS FOR BABES AND ARMS). Hopefully, I'll be able to put some pictures up soon, but I don't even know if I'll have access to them. Well, seems like I can't shut up about the play lately...it's just been everything I live, eat and breath lately. The next few months are gonna be hell in that respect, that's for sure!! Anyway, to make up for EVERYTHING and make my day FABULOSA, I had a basketball.
Here's the thing, the team we play?? Violent and sassy, and they beat us by 3 FREAKING BASKETS!!!!! AHHHHHH!!! Anyway, we HAD to win, there was REALLY no option here. Well, even with AWFUL referees and limbs being twisted in unnatural ways....WE WON!!!!! Even in double bonus with our best player fouled out and another one of our point guards fouled out, we beat 'em out 31-29 (For those of you who are unfamiliar with basketball, ONE BASKET and we would have been tied and thrown into over time...an exhausting and stressful situation).
So, with two seconds left, one of our girls (our tallest) stuffs a chick (WITHOUT FOULING) and clinches the win.
Well, I am perfectly content with the world at this time. Anyway, I'm so exhausted that this is LITERALLY a stream of conscience and (if you couldn't) tell, I am using too many capital letters and being random and vaguely frightening.
